Position: Account Management Supervisor
Location: Fully on-site in Des Plaines, IL
Salary: $78K - $85K base salary plus quarterly bonus
Job Summary
The Supervisor, Account Management, based at our Des Plaines headquarters, leads the Account Management team to drive customer satisfaction, achieve revenue growth, and optimize team performance. This role emphasizes team development, workflow management, and the implementation of strategies to meet departmental goals. Collaborating closely with the Director of Account Management and the sales team, the Supervisor ensures alignment with company objectives and a unified approach to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Account Management team, focusing on training, performance, and development.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer communication.
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- Monitor team KPIs, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
- Manage key accounts and support seamless account transitions as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales and leadership to align efforts with company objectives.
- Address escalated customer issues and ensure accurate CRM usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or business development.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of achieving results through coaching.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability and resilience under pressure.
